SURPLUS: TERRORISED INTO BEING CONSUMERS by ERIK GANDINI
(2003, 80 min, English/ language)
What do you get when you mix Koyaanisquatsi, video of the G8 riots in Genoa, an Adbusters attitude, and the words of John Zerzan and Källe Lasn? The result would be Surplus, a new film from Sweden that is making the film festival circuit and could soon be headed to a radical film night near you.
