ANIMAL FARM by Halas and Batchelor
based on the novel of GEORGE ORWELL
(1959, 80 min, English language)

Animal Farm is a 1954 British animated film by Halas and Batchelor, based on the book of the same name by George Orwell. It was the first British animated feature released worldwide, though not the first British animated feature ever made. It can, however, be said to be the first British animated feature film on general release. The film, especially the ending, does not follow the book closely.
