After decades of pushing the climate alarmist narrative that arctic ice is melting fast, scientists have now claimed that the near 20-year stable Arctic sea ice is "unsurprising" and predicted by their models.

Radiation what you can't see, can't harm you?

category antrim | environment | opinion/analysis author Wednesday October 19, 2005 00:06author by Olga Report this post to the editors

What's all the fuss about.

The recent leakage of 20 tonnes of plutonium and uranium fuel from sellafields Thorp processing plant has forced the closure of the Thorp processing plant. Radioactive waste leaked into a huge stainless steel chamber which is so radioactive it is impossible to enter. http://guardian.co.uk/nuclear/article/0,2763,1479527,00.html

So why is radiation so damaging, radiation primarily attacks the thyroid gland, which is a triangular shaped gland at the front of the throat.

The thyroid gland controls and regulates our bodies metabolism, the digestion of food and nutrients, waste elimination through urine and faeces, breathing,co-ordination, blood circulation and body temperature regulation.

It follows that once this gland is damaged it alters our body metabolism, weight gain, constipation, altered mood and cognitive perception, co-ordination and neurological problems such as speech defects, impaired memory function, are the first signs of thyroid damage and dysfunction.
Mo Molam died recently from a fall, after experiencing altered nuerological/co-ordination problems due to having radiotherapy years earlier.

If we look at certain martial arts, which employ numerous throat chokes/strangles and locks, such as Judo, we see that the higher the person progresses in this discipline the fatter/heavier their build, due to numerous chokes/strangles damaging the thyroid gland, and altering the bodies metabolic rate. Despite the fact that those within these martial art disciplines do daily rigorous exercise, they seem to put on weight instead of loose it.

Scientists recently did a survey of 3000 Northern Irish children and found that all 3000 had traces of plutonium in their teeth, Sellafield recently admited that highly toxic waste pipes from their plant, had been found washed up on Northern Irish beaches.

Good post Olga. Astonishing that plutonium was found in all the children. Are there any international comparisons? Back donkeys years ago, even before Carnsore Point became famous, I recall a Windscale spokesman explaining that thyroid cancer wasn't really a problem if you took iodine tablets. The idea was that by taking the tablets, it would reduce the amount of iodine your thyroid gland takes up. And anyway, if you get thyroid cancer, the thyroid can be removed. (Whoops, they have just privatised our glands and sold them to BNF.)

Governments took this up, and as a result we now have large amounts of iodine put into our food chain. The excuse for this is that if we don't get enough iodine, we may get an enlarged thyroid, ie goitre. But iodine is not good for the body, in excess, it is a poison, causing a range of health problems.

It is hard to get the truth about iodine levels and the health consequences of too much and too little. But the atomic industry was worried that there would be a significant epidemic of thyroid cancers, which would damage their profits. So we all have to eat iodine, right?

There is no mention of Thyroid cancer in the article, only that radiation targets the thyroid gland, from the thyroid gland it is then taken up, and distributed through the blood to all other lymph glands, including the bone marrow.

Although most of the survivors of hiroshima and Chernobyl, went on to develope thyroid cancers.

Potassium Iodide tablets are standard issue in cases of radiation leaks around nuclear plants, they block the thyroid glands uptake of radioactive iodine, and substitute it with potassium iodine.

From the research based on 3000 Northern Ireland, scientists conclude that plutonium had entered the irish food chain.

Flouridation has similar effects, because it is taken up by the thyroid gland instead, of iodine, both chemicals are closely related if you look at the periodic table. The thyroid gland craves iodine
but will take up floride instead mistaking it for iodine. Drugs such as prozac contain flouride which is readily taken up by the thyroid gland causing mood changes due to altered thyroid function.

Similary with mobile phones powered by lithium batteries, lithium is closely related to radium in the chemical periodic table and has similar properties. Radium is carcinogenous and a cancer causing agent, it causes cancer by causing body cells to vibrate, vibration alters the shape of human body cell walls, causing mutation.

Lithium is a heavy duty standard treatment in mental health care, used to subdue, those with mental illness because it also targets the thyroid gland, causing primarily cognitive, neurological and co-ordination alteration, by slowing down the metabolic rate.

If you observe someone on lithium they walk as those they're walking on the moon, everything is slowed down, occasional permanent irreverisble nuerological damage occurs after treatment, and patients are left with parkinson disease like tremors.
