The Supreme Court may have ruled that trans 'women' are legally men, but someone really needs to tell Britain's libraries, which have been transformed into trans indoctrination hubs, says Lucy Marsh.

Do Democrats enjoy losing elections? It seems so as they double down on their obsession with migrant criminals. Witness the clown-world antics this week as a US Senator tries to bring 'home' a deported violent gangster.

Stop the Execution.

On July 16th , 2007, the Georgia board of Pardons and Paroles stayed Troy Davis' execution:

'It would not allow an execution to proceed in this state unless and until it's members are
convinced that there is no doubt as to the guilt of the accused."

It went on to assert that there was compelling evidence of his innocence that had not
been heard by the courts.

Troy is scheduled for execution on the 23rd of September 2008 at 7pm.
There will be a clemency hearing on the 12th of September 2008.

On Monday March 17th 2008 , the Georgia State Supreme Court denied Troy Davis
a new trial (4-3) despite evidence of his innocence. This allowed the death sentence to stand in the
state of Georgia and was considered a stunning and unwelcome decision which exposed
serious flaws in the series of decisions leading to the September 23rd date.

The EU Parliament has issued a resolution on the case on the tenth of July 2008.

The U.S use of death penalty in every form should be questioned by those people
who value rights that we have fought for over generations in Europe.

http://www.troyanthonydavis.org

The last attempt at appeal will be 24 hours after the U.S memorialises the 9/11 attacks,
which means the MSM attention will be directed on the candidature for the election
and attendant patriotism. Seven years ago a similar conjunction occurred when the
issues raised by the Mc Veigh execution were similarily disregarded (June 11th 2001)
thus leaving a huge gap in the whys of the attack on the Federal building. Tracing the
U.S relationship with the death Penalty is very difficult, high profile cases such as
Gilmore and Mc Veigh (who both requested execution) muddies the issues of the
use of that method of Justice in the case of a proven case of coercion against individuals
who have admitted placing him at the scene of the crime through bullying by law enforcement
agents.

Please send solidarity and support messages to the listed blog site included above.

The scheduled execution of Troy Anthony Davis (23 -09-08) will occur in Georgia.
The final clemency hearing is scheduled for today (12-09-08)

Neither Republican nor Democratic presidential hopefuls have commented on the high % of black men executed
in what is claimed to be a gross miscarriage of justice., with signed affidavitts on cop coercion and brutality
disallowed in evidence.

The Clemency hearing at the the State Board of Paroles and Pardons began yesterday at 12.30pm.
Defence closed some hours later , after five witnesses took the stand there was a press conference
by the Defence stating that they had presented overwhelming evidence 'doubting his guilt'.

The Prosecution hearings will begin soon, with members of the Mc Phail family in attendance.
The execution is scheduled for the 23rd of September @7.30pm.

He was denied a re-trial after several witnesses recanted their original evidence.
Options open to the Georgia Board of Paroles and Pardons are limited by the refusal of re-trial.

Clemency has been denied and the scheduled execution of Troy Anthony Davis Is due to
take place in Atlanta Georgia this evening at 7pm.

Thats cos American citizens believe in the death penalty, though it was only famously re-instigated
for the Shooting of Gary Gilmore .

http://www.troyanthonydavis.org

it is rather too late for people to use the addresses given in the links above to make their
feelings known on the issue of executing a man whom is most possibly innocent.

it is also rather late to be asking about the Republican Pro-life campaign that is
being run by Mc Cain and Palin in the context of the use of state execution as deterrent , whilst
attempting to deny medical abortion rights to women in contravention of accepted articles
under Human Rights Law.

the campaign to get a re-trial and to take this man off death row is continuing.
7/9 witnesses signed affidavits claiming coercion and abuse by cops.
