Jump To Comment: 1 2 3 4 5It is a misrepresentation of the situation in Saudi to suggest it is women who are the greatest victims of the Saud Regime. The most abused group by far are immigrant workers followed closely by anyone who disagrees with the rulers.
It would also be inaccurate to suggest this is an Islamic abuse. Islam commands Muslims treat fellow muslims well but this is not the case with the Saudi regime. They are not Islamic and are just a bunch of greedy pigs who like their luxury and selfishness. Their great friends in the US and Europe encourage them and are more their brothers and sisters than their fellow muslims.
Those amongst us who have met with victims of violence and war do not see the religion,
the politics or the ideology but instead look at the person. It is a wrong to label for convenience
a situation that needs exposure and not a label.

There was a recent case of a Saudi woman travelling in a car with a male friend. A group of men found them and gang raped both her and her male companion because they were not related. The Saudi justice system then sentenced her and her male companion to be flogged as further punishment.
