Jump To Comment: 1how curious. Years have gone by since the gulag opened, and legal experts the world over put into jargon, chapter and verse what we knew in our gut - "this was illegal".
No matter! the USA is above the law. But then came the US Supreme Court & it said it was illegal too.... ah! the US President was not above the law for some of his presidency's policies - so no court, no jury, no charges, no trial, no process, not even a habeus corpus became -
