Deliberate Design Flaw In ChatGPT-5 Sun Aug 17, 2025 08:04 | Mind Agent
Socratic Dialog Between ChatGPT-5 and Mind Agent Reveals Fatal and Deliberate 'Design by Construction' Flaw
This design flaw in ChatGPT-5's default epistemic mode subverts what the much touted ChatGPT-5 can do... so long as the flaw is not tickled, any usage should be fine---The epistemological question is: how would anyone in the public, includes you reading this (since no one is all knowing), in an unfamiliar domain know whether or not the flaw has been tickled when seeking information or understanding of a domain without prior knowledge of that domain???!
This analysis is a pretty unique and significant contribution to the space of empirical evaluation of LLMs that exist in AI public world... at least thus far, as far as I am aware! For what it's worth--as if anyone in the ChatGPT universe cares as they pile up on using the "PhD level scholar in your pocket".
According to GPT-5, and according to my tests, this flaw exists in all LLMs... What is revealing is the deduction GPT-5 made: Why ?design choice? starts looking like ?deliberate flaw?.
People are paying $200 a month to not just ChatGPT, but all major LLMs have similar Pro pricing! I bet they, like the normal user of free ChatGPT, stay in LLM's default mode where the flaw manifests itself. As it did in this evaluation.
AI Reach: Gemini Reasoning Question of God Sat Aug 02, 2025 20:00 | Mind Agent
Evaluating Semantic Reasoning Capability of AI Chatbot on Ontologically Deep Abstract (bias neutral) Thought
I have been evaluating AI Chatbot agents for their epistemic limits over the past two months, and have tested all major AI Agents, ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Perplexity, and DeepSeek, for their epistemic limits and their negative impact as information gate-keepers.... Today I decided to test for how AI could be the boon for humanity in other positive areas, such as in completely abstract realms, such as metaphysical thought. Meaning, I wanted to test the LLMs for Positives beyond what most researchers benchmark these for, or have expressed in the approx. 2500 Turing tests in Humanity?s Last Exam.. And I chose as my first candidate, Google DeepMind's Gemini as I had not evaluated it before on anything.
Israeli Human Rights Group B'Tselem finally Admits It is Genocide releasing Our Genocide report Fri Aug 01, 2025 23:54 | 1 of indy
We have all known it for over 2 years that it is a genocide in Gaza
Israeli human rights group B'Tselem has finally admitted what everyone else outside Israel has known for two years is that the Israeli state is carrying out a genocide in Gaza
Western governments like the USA are complicit in it as they have been supplying the huge bombs and missiles used by Israel and dropped on innocent civilians in Gaza. One phone call from the USA regime could have ended it at any point. However many other countries are complicity with their tacit approval and neighboring Arab countries have been pretty spinless too in their support
With the release of this report titled: Our Genocide -there is a good chance this will make it okay for more people within Israel itself to speak out and do something about it despite the fact that many there are actually in support of the Gaza
China?s CITY WIDE CASH SEIZURES Begin ? ATMs Frozen, Digital Yuan FORCED Overnight Wed Jul 30, 2025 21:40 | 1 of indy
This story is unverified but it is very instructive of what will happen when cash is removed
THIS STORY IS UNVERIFIED BUT PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO OR READ THE TRANSCRIPT AS IT GIVES AN VERY GOOD IDEA OF WHAT A CASHLESS SOCIETY WILL LOOK LIKE. And it ain't pretty
A single video report has come out of China claiming China's biggest cities are now cashless, not by choice, but by force. The report goes on to claim ATMs have gone dark, vaults are being emptied. And overnight (July 20 into 21), the digital yuan is the only currency allowed.

She mentioned Shell, Statoil, Marathon, Exxon and Mobil there are a few others, but if i have time she can get the names of these other company's for me. she is not sure who was involved in the drilling around Ireland but she said it was way back as she can recall as the late 60's to the early 70's when they started drilling. But her brother was involved in over 150 test site's.
sorry for the late reply....
Mark to add any credibility to your claim.......
Tell us the name of the company your friend worked for ......easy.......
A "person" who worked for an American company during the mid 90's. said that there were test holes drilled all around Ireland for oil. He said that he might loose his job or be prosecuted at the time if he was to let this news out. He has now passed away and i was browsing the net and came across this.
He said that nearly every test hole that was drilled had hit oil but were capped. the rights to these sites were sold to this company.
he couldn't understand why at the time, these sites were never used but it was corporate America controlling the dollar etc
I've no way of verifying this but some one might, who reads this. it might mean that this recession hit time could be fixed sooner than later and we start producing oil and in effect make our island a bit more secure.
Your right about being careful trusting the government with regards to the oil and gas industry. I worked for the government for over a year in the department that dealt with the oil and gas industry and during my time there I noticed some strange and worrying transactions were data relating to oil exploration was bouight and sold through banks in Jersey. The question is why and who exactly owned these accounts?
Never did come to any conclusions but interesting none the less.
The Irish people have been led to think that all gas and exploration licences have been given away and that there will be no dividend for the country from the extraction of any oil/gas that is found. If you weren't so concerned with being snide you might have been able to get your head around the significance to our suffering and decaying infrastructure of a even 25% tax levy from even a modest find . It could transform the country if used well. What we don't want to see is yet another carve-up of those dividends among the wealthy elite who have shafted us all on this issue so far. We do not have a government we can trust where oil and gas are concerned. Given his track record, Dempsey is not the man any sane or fair-minded person would want to be in charge of this. He is perhaps the biggest big business poodle of them all and he still has tight hold of the reins on the oil/gas horse.
The opposition parties should be making loud and concerned demands about where the government are going on this. The public interest has to be the first priority if there are further finds.
"Why isnt this is huge, fat news all over every paper? Or did I miss something?"
Yes, you missed everything, and not for the first time.
All that this is about is a small extension of the territorial waters that Ireland has the right to give licenses to explore in over
coming decades. To deduce from this that a huge oil discovery will be made in these waters in time for the May/June
election is fantasy. It could be years before oil companies even begin exploring in these waters. Oil companies have been
exploring in Ireland's existing and far larger territorial waters since 1970 and all that's been discovered is two small gas
fields and no commercial oil fields.
...that in this instance, it appears the government have not yet given away the finds - but they are preparing to sell it at bargain basement-prices. Will they never learn?
Why isnt this is huge, fat news all over every paper? Or did I miss something? Does everyone know this already?
A search on the words 'oil finds off the coast of Ireland' brings a list of results headed by a Shell sponsored link reading

Are the government desperate to recover from the great gas and oil give-away? And if so, what of the Shell to Sea campaign? Might it be drowned in a tidal wave of avaricious excitement and hubris?
Fascinating quote from the article linked to above:
"Given the current oil price ... companies are looking wider than they may have done in the past," said Andy Pyle, managing director of Shell Exploration and Production Ireland.
The Irish government hopes to capitalise on this interest. In the past year, it has launched two licensing rounds for blocks off the west coast and adopted a more vigorous approach to marketing the nation's potential internationally.
"There's huge competition between countries ... it's for that reason we made the decision a few years back to review the various incentives to try and attract more exploration," said natural resources minister Noel Dempsey.
Taxes have been lowered and at 25 percent, Ireland's rate on oil and gas profits is now among the lowest in the world. By comparison, Norway has an effective 78 percent tax rate.
Dempsey said the initial response from oil firms to the rounds was positive. If demand for licences in the Celtic Sea, off the southwest coast, is anything to go by, he can be optimistic these will translate into firm bids. "
