Jump To Comment: 1Well, I learned how to skin up in Secondary school, and can't help but think that if I'd had a series of practical tests at the time, my basic rolling skills could have been up to a better general standard before I went to collage. This would have avoided a number of embarassing incidents during my collage years when other more experienced rollers had to take over the reigns half way through a doobie. I now do the same for others, but wouldn't it be of advantage to be a nation of high rollers? I have a friend who once held a whole group of Bahamanians enthralled by putting together three skinners, they didn't know how, imagine!! But I suppose that goes to show that we're probably in the top ten rolling countries in the (developed) world, so no, I don't thnik there is any need for drugs testing, well maybe you could teach a thing or two about the etiquette of cutting lines, but I feel this is a little advanced and should be kept as a third level, and indeed professional, pursuit.
