Elsewhere in the community three jailed local fisherman, who allegedly assaulted a garda who fell in a ditch, were released from prison pending an appeal. The community celebrated the day's events with a 100 strong trespass onto the controversial refinery site and are now calling for people to join them in a day of action on Saturday 21st July.
