![]() To people living in the North Inner City, the recent revelations at the Dublin City coroner’s court at the inquest into the death of young Terence Wheelock will not come as a surprise. Terence went into a coma from which he never recovered, after sustaining injuries in Store Street Garda station. One witness to his arrest said the Gardai ‘whacked Terence’s head off the side of the van and twisted his broken arm behind his back’. Sadly, this will not come as a surprise to anyone who has witnessed the operations of the Gardai when dealing with the citizens of the city. There has always been something of a siege mentality amongst the enforcers of law and order in our streets. They appear to have little problems with the force part, whereas their efforts at winning respect within the community have been negligible. Indeed one of the Gardai that quite visibly lost the run of himself on the ‘Reclaim The Streets’ in May 2002, turned out to be a community guard. Obviously on that sunny evening, when he covered up his numbers and flayed his baton wildly into people, thugery came easier to him than did his community work. |

Seems to me its a family who cant take the fact that he was arrested so he's obviously a scumbag and secondly cant accept he tried to hang himself so just blame the Guards, easy target for anyone wit no evidence cos the stoopid Guards never come out & reply to any of these clowns allegations, silence by the Gardai is a sign of guilt yet scumbags everywhere "Have the right to remain Silent" and be found not guilty
"no skin of his nose...... its his job to convict them"
really ????????????????
well then he would want to get on with his a JOB.....
instead of retiring these people with state pensions.. at our expense.
justice for terence wheelock!!!!
"(McDougall) oversaw the rampant Garda corruption in Donegall for ten years by moving them to Store Street Police station-while he was attorney general. "
Its quite a claim to suggest that the attorney general is able to move Gardai from one station to another ! Have you any evidence of this? Why would the attorny general even bother doing this? Its no skin off his nose if a Garda is convicted - in fact its his job to convict them.
and killing people in are police stations.
these corrupt cops are promoted for keeping the code "omerta" the code of silence.
its how they keep the lid on things.
like most criminal organizations.
control control control.
The man who holds the ministerial position to guide the country in legal matters (McDougall) oversaw the rampant GArda corruption in Donegall for ten years by moving them to Store Street Police station-while he was attorney general.
Now he promotes violent cops caught on tape, beating up citisens on our streets . (Robocop)
