A New Reformation Day
Reformation day launch 6th October 2010
Today 6th october reformation day 2010 was launched at the Augustinian Church in Drogheda where Emmet Devlin, a survivor of clerical sex abuse, nailed a poster on the door of the church advertising Reformation Day in St. Peter's Square , Rome on October 31st 2010 just as in 1517 Martin Luther a Augustinian priest nailed his 95 theses on the doors of the catholic Church in Wittenberg in a similar manner.
The organisers of Reformation Day hope to have thousands of survivors and supporters present in Rome to demand once and for all justice for those abused by church people.
