Get sowing, growing, cooking and eating.

Whether you have a window box, yard or garden, be part of setting up a Growers' Group in our area. Share your knowledge. Have fun, exercise and fresh air sowing and growing. Share your recipes, growing and cooking tips.

If you have never grown your own before, now is the time to start.
