update on current situation in rossport
All quiet on the western shores?
Over the last months not much has been reported in the media from Rossport.
Shell’s efforts to build the controversial pipeline in Glengad Bay last year were met by strong resistance locally, and the works were stopped in September 2008.
What has happened since?
And what is likely to come next?
We have invited Shell to Sea campaigners
MAURA HARRINGTON and PAT O’DONNELL
to come to Sligo and give an update on the current situation in West Mayo. Together with a speaker from Rossport Solidarity Camp they will be guests in a public talk .
CITY HOTEL, QUAY STREET (beside the Town Hall), SLIGO
