DSPC warnings on animal safety at Halloween

People often don’t realize that Halloween can be a terrifying time for animals . The DSPC has issued warnings to owners to keep their pets indoors for Halloween night “in an area where they cannot escape and where the noise of bangers and fireworks is at a minimum”.

For the sake of the animals my sister and I would agree with the DSPCA's advice .But it can't be right that thousands of innocent animals the length and breath of the country should have to be incarcerated so as to allow people to have a bit of fun with their bangers and fireworks.
