Refugee Action Group Open Meeting in Belfast

The Refugee Action Group (RAG) has called this open meeting, all welcome, to:

Welcome Inderjit Bhogal from City of Sanctuary and learn more about this movement; discuss sanctuary and welcome in Belfast
There will also be an update on ongoing RAG campaigns and work from co-chairs Anna Morvern and Paul Kazadi.

This is not a dream diary for a particularly hallucinogenic and paranoid trip. It is an extract from the UK Border Agency’s press release today about its immigration policy.

Faced with this irrationality and fear from those in government, and its daily impact on the lives of refugees, how can we continue to welcome outsiders?
