*Lars Lundberg* is a member of the Building Workers Union in Sweden and a member of its Executive Committee. He has been active in the Swedish labour movement for many years.
*John Hendy QC * is one of Britain's leading barristers and specialises in labour law and has written extensively on ECJ judgements (Laval, Ruffert and Luxembourg cases). He was legal brief to the National Union of Miners in Britain during the miner strike. He is also chairperson, Institute of Employment Rights < www.ier.org.uk > . Both speakers are flying in specially for the seminar.
