Maura Harrington Solidarity Vigil
This evenings vigil has been cancelled because Maura has come off her hunger strike due to the departure of the solitaire from Irish waters.
Dublin Shell to Sea would like to encourage support for fundraising event on Sunday.

Jump To Comment: 1 2Although Maura has come off her hunger-strike, the consortium have not declared that they will process the gas offshore, nor has the govt declared that they will change the laws and taxes system etc - so all the campaign groups still need the money...
It would be a good idea to still hold the gig, as a celebration of a victory, a meeting point etc - and in honour of Maura's bravery, integrity and strength, which reflects the community she comes from and the people involved in the campaign
