Gerard McKeown
Gerard was born in Ballymena, Northern Ireland in 1980. He studied literature and performance studies at Cumbria Institute of the Arts. He is currently resident in Belfast where he is well known on the local Performance poetry and literature scene. Gerard also teaches on the subject of writing. He has given guest lectures at Cumbria Institute of the Arts and also to visiting students from Shoreline College, Seattle in Queen's University Belfast. Gerard has had work published in Black Mountain review and Fire Magazine.
Kieran Furey
Kieran was born in Curraghroe, Co Roscommon, 1953. Educated Summerhill College, Sligo and University College, Galway. Poet. Lived in Dublin for 15 years, self-publishing over 20 books of short stories, satire, poetry and travel material. Has spent 6 years in Latin America, and travelled widely elsewhere. In 2006 he was the overall winner of Féile Filíochta . He now lives in Longford.
