Three city-centre events in Dublin on Monday 31st March 2008 organised by the Tibetan Community in Ireland to highlight the calls for peace in Tibet.
Dublin Peace March for Tibet
Monday, 31st March, 2008
12.30 - 2.30 pm: Dublin Peace March for Tibet will start from the Spire, Dublin at 12.30 and march through Dublin south city centre to deliver a memorandum on Tibet to the Department of Foreign Affairs (St Stephen's Green), the EU office (Molesworth Street) and the Dail (Kildare Street).
2.30 - 5.30 pm: Showing of the DVD 'Tibet: Cry of the Snow Lion' at a city centre venue (to be confirmed).
5.30 - 7.30 pm: Candlelight Vigil for the brave Tibetan men, women & children who sacrificed their lives for Freedom and Justice will be held at the gate of St. Stephen's Green Park, Dublin (near Shopping Centre).
