24 Glances....

We’re delighted to announce the official launch of a collection of photography entitled “24 glances”, which includes pictures taken by young people from VSI's Teenage Programme on the theme of Immigration.

The pictures are based on the theme of immigration and look at the lives of migrants in the district of Raval in Barcelona, and the impact their presence has had on the neighbourhood. The project was an opportunity for the young people to reflect on the phenomenon of immigration, to look at the realties and the complexities and to celebrate the positive impact migration can have on a city or neighbourhood, as well as the stories of individuals who have taken the journey to live in these new environments.

The exhibition will take place in the Crow Gallery, 1st Floor, 6 Crow Street, Temple Bar from 3pm – 8pm on Wednesday 12th of March.

For further information please contact Grace or Elena in the VSI office - teenage@vsi.ie or 01-8551011.
