Elected representatives of all the political parties in the Oireachtas will debate how to deliver the commitment in the Programme for Government to cut Ireland's climate-changing emissions by 3 per cent a year on average.
The speakers are Simon Coveney, TD, Fine Gael spokesperson on energy; Bairbre de Brun, MEP, Sinn Fein; Tony Killeen TD, Fianna Fail Minister of State with responsibility for environment and energy; Senator Fiona O'Malley, PD spokesperson on energy; Eamon Ryan, Green Party Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources; Joanna Tuffy, TD, Labour spokesperson on environment.
