Luton-born poet for Galway
Matt Kirkham, whose 'The Lost Museums' collection has garnered considerable praise, reads on Friday, August 10th, at The Imperial Hotel, Eyre Square, Galway, for the Western Writers' Centre.
A native of Luton, Kirkham was educated at Cambridge University and moved to Northern Ireland in 1989. He lives on the Ards Peninsula where he works as a teacher. Work has appeared widely, including in Blackstaff Press's 2003 'New Soundings' and in Poetry Introductions 1, from Lagan Press (2004)
