Support the nurses' struggle!

As the battle between the HSE and the nursing unions escalates, we can all do our bit to help them!

Our nurses are out there fighting for a proper working week and pay parity, often in the wind and rain during work stoppages. Many people seem to blame the nurses for the problems at the moment, but we have to realise that it's the HSE that's the problem: they won't sort out the A&E overcrowding, MRSA infections and they expect nurses to work on substandard terms.

We can help them by showing our support. Once the public are seen to support the unions, it will send a message of assurance to the INO and PNA, and also something of a warning message to the HSE.

So why not grab a placard and visit the nurses during the work stoppages? Get yourself and few friends to the nearest affected hospital for an hour or two and raise your voices!
