Over the last few months, most of the Irish media has been resolutely ignoring the continuing confrontations in Rossport, Co. Mayo. Meanwhile, the world has been waking up to the struggle - with the award of 125,000 euros to Willie Corduff and Al Jazeera sent a film crew to spend several days investigating the matter. Their documentary is due to be screened tonight and for the next three days on Al Jazeera English.
It's called "Greenfields and Gas" and was made by Sinead O'Shea, and cameramen Matt
Naughton and Richie O'Donnell.
