The EPA has already given the application by Shell provisional approval for the future pollution of Broadhaven Bay and to date, the EPA has not overturned an interim decision of this nature.

So the EPA’s oral hearing and Frank Clinton are just going through the motions.

The EPA's preliminary approval states that it is "satisfied" that emissions, "when operated in accordance with the conditions of the proposed licence, will not adversely affect human health or the environment and will meet all relevant national and EU standards.”

How nice.

You better prepare for a pollution zone in the West of Ireland stretching from Donegal to Galway and beyond.
