Dr. Matthew Jebb helps us understand how these seeminly distinct environmental issues have much in common. Dr. Jebb is a Taxonomist and curator of the Herbarium at the National Botanic Gardens in Dublin. He represented the European Union during the "Eighth Meeting of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity" in Brazil.
