An American Indymedia journalist, Josh Wolf, was relased from prison on Tuesday following eight months in US Federal Prison for refusing to testify about video footage he had shot of street demonstrations.

I wouldn't want to spend all that time in prison either and I'd probably sell my gran to get out, but:
Wolf has turned over the evidence, pretty much proving that event the most "friendly" media is bad media if you're going to have a brush with the law.

Hopefully someone else isn't going to be caught on that video and sent away for for 10 to life as a result.
