Annual Report save our Children Trust-civil hospital karachi

The annual report day event of Save Our Children Trust CHK was held in department of pediatric unit-III, Civil Hospital Karachi, which was attended by Abu Shamim Ahmed Arif chairman board of governors, civil hospital Karachi, Medical Superintendent Dr. Kaleem Bhut, Civil hospital Karachi, and donors and members of Save Our Children Trust CHK were also present.


Karachi , Pakistan: The annual report day event of Save Our Children Trust CHK was held in department of pediatric unit-III, Civil Hospital Karachi, which was attended by Abu Shamim Ahmed Arif chairman board of governors, civil hospital Karachi, Medical Superintendent Dr. Kaleem Bhut, Civil hospital Karachi, and donors and members of Save Our Children Trust CHK were also present.

Formal welcome address was humbly delivered by chairman of the Trust Prof. Iqbal A. Memon, who also presented details of the functioning of the Trust and requested further support for pediatric ICU, which requires around more then eight thousand per patient and he requested for generous donation in the upcoming year accounted as more than sixty lacs has been expected to meet the requirement of the pediatric ICU and other services in this public hospital to extend health care services to sick children and desperate families.

Dr. M.N Lal member of Save Our Children Trust has given overview of Save Our Children Trust since its establishment. He also made request for future plans like:

• Renovation of pediatric OPD
• Establishment of air conditioning system in OPD
• Formation of cubical and patient examination area in OPD
• Provision of computerized data entry in OPD
• Good seating arrangement for OPD patient
• To establish specialist clinics in OPD

He requested for full-fledged support for pediatric ICU to extend better services to poor serious patients. To meet this expenditure appeal was made for generous donation for this noble cause.
In the last, the vote of thanks was delivered by Dr. Ghulam Murtaza thanking all donors, Trust members, trust staff and other well wisher. Program was moderated by Dr. Samina Tariq.
