US magazine Newsweek has front cover story about US losing in Afghanistan - everywhere except in its US edition
If you look at the newstands here in Ireland, Newsweek has joined the chorus that has finally noticed that other mess of an invasion - Afghanistan. But if you go to their website, you'll notice that this story is front page news everywhere - except in the US.
There, the front cover is a piece of media fluff about a photographer.

Then they should suspend the arrests and interrogations of al-Qaida suspects and relax border, seaport and airport security.
The US military should be entirely dismantled and all of its weaponry hardware etc etc disposed of.
America should surrender publicly and then wait patiently for al-Qaida to blow up or crash land hijacked aircraft into their major cities or for Iran fire nukes.
they could start by not hiding the truth from their own citizens, and let democracy flow from there... but that would be too close to the ideals of the founding fathers for Bush & Co to accept it...
