US is rushing bomb shipments to Israel in support of Israel's campaign in Lebanon

US Citizens in Ireland Against the War will be demonstrating on Tuesday 25th July 5:30 -6:30 pm against US support for Israel's in Lebanon and Gaza campaign -- including speeded up shipments of bombs.

US Citizens in Ireland Against the War will be demonstrating on Tuesday 25th July 5:30 -6:30 pm against Bush administration's decision to rush delivery of bombs to Israel and the US's continued blocking of cease fire efforts.

The speeded up delivery of weapons to Israel, requested by Israel specifically as a result of its Lebaonon campaign, are part of a multimillion-dollar arms sale package approved last year as US aid. But Israel’s request for expedited delivery of the satellite and laser-guided bombs is seen as an indication that Israel still had a long list of targets in Lebanon to strike.
