Orla Kaiser will not be in Court this morning.

We received a call from Orla Kaiser shortly after 5pm yesterday, Wednesday the 5th of July.

She phoned us to tell us that Limerick County Council (LCC) had contacted her and told her not to bother to appear in court this morning.

LCC will - apparently - tell the High Court, that discussions and consultations between themselves and the peoples of Pallaskenry and Kildimo are ongoing.

They will ask that the case be put back again.

At least this time they told the peoples of Pallaskenry and Kildimo about this. And thus have not inflicted the costs associated with travelling to Dublin, to the High Court just for another ajournment.

We'll be attending this morning's session in the high court to make sure LCC don't pull any 'fast ones.'
