I think it relevant to add that Eamon Kelly is a prominent playwright whose work has been performed widely, here in Galway, in Dublin and elsewhere over the years, and drama tutor and, like Margaret Cullagh, has done amazing work for us at the Western Writers' Centre - Ionad Scríbhneoirí Chaitlín Maude - Galway; Margaret founded the Dark Gate Writers' Group and they met weekly at the Western Writers' Centre offices; we were overjoyed to see her develop it into a fully-fledged new writers' group, and Dark Gate will read on Friday July 28th at The Imperial Hotel, Galway, as part of the Project '06 festival. - Fred Johnston.
