Community Arts Group Need New Home

Hi folks.

We are a Community Arts Group looking for a new home. We rehearse 3 nights a week and need a large room or small hall in which to practice. We have on average 20 people at any one rehearsal but there are other requirements too.

The place should also be accessible for early mornings and late nights, 24 hours preferably, so access to keys would be desirable. We also need storage space for costumes and drums. An area about half the size of the average car garage would do. This, of course, would need to be securely lockable should we have to share with other groups using the space.

In addition, an office space would be a plus as would a kitchen facility. A sink and a socket for a kettle would do. As many of our members are centrally located or from varying sides of Dublin, we would require somewhere near the city.

Finally, as we are a non-profit group, we would prefer a community centre/arts hall/very generous business person with spare warehous space three nights a week to get in touch. I know this is a lot to ask, but if anyone hears/knows of anything, please get in touch.
