Judge strips her of parental rights due to Church of membershipSub-genius

Apparently, some Judge in the States has stripped a woman of her parental rigts due to her membership of The Church of the Sub Genius. The Church of the Sub Genius are basically a performance art type group that poke fun at organised religion by using 1950s erea advertising as religious iconography.Apparantly, according to the mother and the ACLU, court transcripts seems to indicate this as the only reason as to this woman losing custody.
