Weird non-Creative Commons license

BBC makes limited number of news archive clips available under restrictive license misleadingly similarly named to Creative Commons licencse. http://www.bbc.co.uk/calc/news/intro.shtml

The British Broadcasting Corporation has releasedvideo archive footage of 79 historic events under a license that restricts your right to re-mix the footage as you can't use it for "derogatory" or "campaigning" or "endorsement" although "faith based communities" are allowed to use the content and it also can only be used within the UK. This is a far cry from the Creative Commons licenses
