No Borders: Iran & Israel.

As you might have noticed all the EU leaders are very upset, this is because Mahmoud Ahmadinejad a former brickie elected to the job of leading Iran on August 3rd said yesterday at a conference for "rabidly anti-israeli people" that Israel ought be wiped off the map. & his official press agency thoughtfully told the west about it afterwards.

What utterly shocking stuff. Inexperienced observers might make the mistake of thinking he was currying favour with those extremists in Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Palestine, Lebanon, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Erititrea, Sudan, Mauritania, Libya, Jordon, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Qatar, Birmingham, Algeria, and various chapters of the National Riflesmen Association who regularly call for Israel to stop existing.

But he wasn't. He was just clarifying things.

w€ are on the $ide of Israel. We may not be able to agree on exactly what borders our place it occupies on the map, (c/f http://www.indymedia.ie/newswire.php?story_id=72671&type=otherpress ) but we in general have gone past the stage of thinking that it has "no right to exist". & Mr Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is on the other side.

He is "our enemy". Now this is what you hvae to do... Go to these links and familiarise yourself with his photo. If you see him on the DART, or LUAS rat on him.

They want you to go there, and realise that for many people in Iran, there is a "Israeli problem".
Thats why they want nuclear power for peaceful purposes.
