Postcard Initiative of the Galway Shell to Sea Campaign could be used around the country
A few weeks ago the Galway Shell to Sea group started a very successful postcard campaign.
Tommy Donnellan designed the postcard which is addressed to the Rossport 5 in Cloverhill prison. Supporters, for a donation of €1.50 (with a stamp) and € 1 (without a stamp), can convey their messages of encouragement to the 5 men. Any surplus we make from the cards goes straight back into the campaign. This has proven to be a very popular way for people to show their support for the men and the campaign.
I have been asked to provide an electronic version of the card, which could be given to any printer to be printed and cut. It could then be sold in different locations around the country.
