This analysis is a pretty unique and significant contribution to the space of empirical evaluation of LLMs that exist in AI public world... at least thus far, as far as I am aware! According to GPT-5, and according to my tests, this flaw exists in all LLMs... What is revealing is the deduction GPT-5 made: Why ?design choice? starts looking like ?deliberate flaw?.
People are paying $200 a month to not just ChatGPT, but all major LLMs have similar Pro pricing! I bet they, like the normal user of free ChatGPT, stay in LLM's default mode where the flaw manifests itself. As it did in this evaluation.

O'Dowd, Sinn Fein/IRA armpit warmer) that there are Irish people legally employed in the security industry in Iraq, the United States, and elsewhere. There are thousands of Irish men and women in the British Army (one was killed on active duty in Iraq), United States Marine Corp, Army, Air Force and plenty of Irish men in the French Foreign Legion too.
And what's wrong with that?
I hope you'll be signing up for this 'security duty' in Iraq sometime soon, Tone, hmmm? Or are you going to defeat the forces of darkness by spamming a crappy board no one who matters will ever hear of?

It's late, and perhaps there's some black humour in the comments above that I'm missing, but I find them generally inhumane. People above seem either to wish this man - who's in hospital and probably in a lot of pain - dies from his injuries, or makes a speedy recovery so he can return to Iraq and cause others to die of similar injuries.
