The USA has proposed at the Fort Lauderdale, in the presence of Jeb Bush and Con Rice in Florida, the 35th meeting of "the Organisation of American States" meeting the right for it, "to intervene but not punish" the other 31 states of the organisation as part of measures to "monitor democracy".
Not surprisingly Mexico and all of South America have joined together to say "Ħq t jodas!"

They had yesterday opened the meeting with the hope that the organisation could deepen democracy. By which they probably meant, getting more people to watch the new pan-american telly shows, with "hola presidentes!", and buying T-shirts and holding peaceful rallies. They didn't really expect Condolence Rice to offer them "military assistance
for your democracy".
