Assist with the exploration of the red planet

NASA's Marsoweb site offers amateur explorers the opportunity to assist in adding to it's knowledge base of Mars. Detailed maps, engineering data and interactive toolsfor studying the terrain are made available and visitors to the site are encouraged to explore and report on any important geologic feature that haven't been catalogued as yet. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in astronomy, geology or science in general to become involved in an active programme.
