When the WTO talks collapsed North American neo-libs turned their attention to the FTAA - the new, improved NAFTA.
While in ireland most people are seeing pictures of London and hearing of the anti-Bush protests there, the ongoing reduction in free speech in the US means that even on that side of the Atlantic they aren't hearing about the thousands protesting in Miami.
