THIS MAKES PHONEY A RETARD OR PSYCHOPATH.

The 45 minute lie was central to Dr. Kelly.

He had told his Iraqi contacts that if they declared their WMD they would not be invaded.

He felt he had misled them when they did declare everything and were still invaded on the pretext of the 45 minute lie.

This is why he told Glib Watts about the 45 minute lie.

When she failed to report it, he told Gilligan.

Gilligan reported it and Phoney went hysterical.

Phoney's cover up was being blown.

He had just got the Labour stooges on the FAC to make a ruling on it without looking at the evidence ar examining witnesses.

He then forced Dr. Kelly into the FAC to deny what he had told Gilligan.

Phoney did this by threats and abuse.

The missing e/mails between Straw, Red Scarlett, Ears Omand and Spin Ali show this.

Incidentally,why has Straw not appeared before Hutton?

Red scarlett rushed off to Washington with a copy of the 45 minute lie as soon as it had been fabricated.

An examination of the e/mails between London and Washington would reveal a lot.

Word has it that an application to the High court in London and Washington is being considered to secure access tothe missing documents.
