Jump To Comment: 1Friday evening on the 7th March at 6:00 the Peoples Movement will have a get-together at 6:00 upstairs in the Palace Bar in Fleet St (Westmoreland St end of Temple Bar) to mark the 100th edition of the Peoples News. There will be hard copies available and some CDs with the complete run!
Little did we think when we first published People’s News in June 2004 that it would reach a hundred issues and still be going strong!
So, to celebrate the hundredth issue, why not drop in to the Palace Bar in Fleet Street, Dublin (near the corner of Westmoreland Street), on Friday 7th March for a pint or coffee and a chat.
It’s a chance to make new acquaintances and to renew old ones. We’ll be upstairs from 6 p. m.
